What does "Offer not available" mean?

Certain apps are region-locked and not available in all countries. If you encounter this error message, you are probably trying to download an app that is not accessible in your country. You may also receive a message “Your request could not be completed. The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. store".

Why don’t I get credits for downloading apps with the description “Download and Start”?

Apps labeled “Download and Start” are iPad apps, and will not run on an iPod/ iPod Touch. If you are trying to run these apps on your iPad and don’t receive credits, please contact support@freeappslots.com

I downloaded an app and I didn’t receive my spins, what do I do?

Depending on network traffic and app popularity, it may take a few minutes for our servers to add spins to your account. Check back in a few minutes! You can also try uninstalling and re-installing the app. If you still haven’t received your spins, email support@freeappslots.com.

I am playing FreeAppSlots.com on two different devices, why don’t I get spins on the second device when I download apps?
